Role: Lead Phinisi Captain, Master Mariner Class II
Credentials: Master Mariner Class II (Ditjen Hubla certified), STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) compliant, Advanced First Aid & CPR.
Bio: Captain Budi is a true son of the Indonesian seas, with over 20 years of experience navigating the intricate waters of Raja Ampat and Komodo. His expertise in traditional Phinisi sailing combined with modern navigation techniques ensures the safest and most enjoyable voyages. Captain Budi is renowned for his intimate knowledge of hidden coves, pristine anchorages, and the best times to visit iconic spots like Piaynemo, always prioritizing guest safety and comfort.

Dewi Lestari
Role: Guest Relations & Luxury Concierge

His calm demeanor and expert guidance make him a favorite among both novice and experienced divers. Joko is passionate about sharing the wonders of the Coral Triangle, from pygmy seahorses to manta rays, ensuring safe and unforgettable underwater encounters while adhering to responsible diving practices endorsed by Project AWARE.

Bayu Anggara
Role: Phinisi Fleet Manager
Credentials: Marine Engineering Diploma, ISM Code (International Safety Management) Certified, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan Compliance Officer.
Bio: Bayu oversees the meticulous maintenance and operational readiness of our luxury Phinisi fleet. His expertise ensures that each vessel meets the highest standards of safety, comfort, and environmental performance. He works closely with the Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut (Ditjen Hubla) for vessel certifications and ensures all crew members are fully compliant with Indonesian labor laws and safety protocols, including BPJS insurance.
